Our applications do not require users to create an account unless an account feature is clearly identified within a specific application.

As a general policy, AIZAAC CORP applications do not collect, transmit, store, or process personally identifiable information, including:

Audio recordings, video recordings, photographs, scanned documents, and other media created by the user are stored locally on the user's device unless the user independently chooses to export, move, upload, or share them.

AIZAAC CORP does not automatically receive, review, or share locally created media files.

Application preferences, configuration files, user-created documents, recordings, images, print layouts, exported files, and other application content may be stored locally on the user's device.

Locally stored information remains under the user's control. Users may manage or delete this information using the application's available functions or the file-management tools provided by their operating system.

Uninstalling an application may not automatically delete files that the user intentionally saved outside the application's installation or data directory.

Some applications may connect to AIZAAC CORP servers or trusted service providers for operational purposes such as:

• Checking for application updates
• Downloading software content or data catalogs
• Verifying application availability or version information
• Retrieving documentation, templates, or public resources
• Providing a feature specifically requested by the user

These network connections are not used to build advertising profiles or sell users' personal information.

Unless clearly disclosed within a specific application, our applications do not use behavioral advertising, cross-application tracking, or personal-data profiling.

We do not use application activity to identify individual users, follow users across unrelated applications or websites, or deliver personalized advertisements.

Files stored locally by an application are not transmitted to third parties by AIZAAC CORP unless the user intentionally initiates a sharing, synchronization, upload, or export action.

An application may provide links to external websites, documentation, stores, or third-party services. AIZAAC CORP does not control the privacy practices of those external services.

We design our applications to minimize unnecessary data access and to keep user-created content on the user's device whenever practical.

Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their device, operating-system account, local files, backups, and any exported or shared content.

When applicable, the relevant application will provide a separate or supplemental privacy notice explaining the specific information involved before the feature is used. That application-specific notice will take precedence only for the features it specifically addresses.
