iBoard All Page

iBoard All Page is a centralized management screen where administrators can view and manage posts from all iBoard boards in one place. Instead of opening each board individually, administrators can review board posts together and update important post information directly from the list.

Use this feature when you need to move posts between boards, update post names, modify lookup counts, change post dates, or delete posts from a single management screen.

Overview

The All Page screen displays post records from multiple iBoard boards. It is designed for administrators who need to manage board content quickly without entering each board one by one.

Feature Description
View All Posts Displays posts from all iBoard boards in one list.
Move Posts Allows a post to be reassigned to another iBoard board.
Edit Name Allows the post name or writer name field to be changed directly.
Edit Lookup Allows the lookup or view count to be updated.
Edit Date Allows the post date to be changed.
Delete Deletes the selected post.

What This Page Is Used For

This page is useful when an administrator needs to manage board posts globally. For example, if a post was written under the wrong board, it can be moved to the correct board from this screen. If a post date, lookup count, or display name needs to be corrected, the value can be edited directly.

This screen is especially useful for:

  • Checking posts across all boards.
  • Moving a post from one board to another.
  • Correcting post writer or display name values.
  • Adjusting lookup or view counts.
  • Changing post dates.
  • Deleting unnecessary or incorrect posts.

Editing Post Information

Some fields in the All Page list can be edited directly. When a field is changed, the update is applied immediately through a change event.

Edits are saved immediately when a field changes. Review each value carefully before changing it.

Moving a Post to Another Board

To move a post to another board, change the value in the iBoard dropdown. Once the selection changes, the post is reassigned to the selected board.

  1. Find the post in the All Page list.
  2. Open the iBoard dropdown.
  3. Select the target board.
  4. Confirm that the change is applied.
  5. Open the target board and verify that the post appears there.

Changing the Name

The Name field can be edited directly from the list. Use this when the displayed writer name or related name value needs to be corrected.

Changing the Lookup Count

The Lookup field controls the post view count or lookup count. Administrators can adjust this value when a correction is needed.

Changing the Date

The Date field controls the post date and time. This can be used to correct imported posts, migrated content, or manually adjusted records.

Deleting a Post

The delete button removes the selected post. Use this carefully because deleted posts may not be easy to recover unless a backup exists.

Before deleting a post, confirm that it is not needed and that it is not linked from another page, menu, or external source.

Recommended Workflow

  1. Open Admin > iBoard > All Page.
  2. Review the list of posts from all boards.
  3. Find the post that needs to be updated.
  4. Change the iBoard field if the post should be moved to another board.
  5. Edit the Name, Lookup, or Date field if corrections are required.
  6. Confirm that the status message shows the update was applied.
  7. Open the affected board and verify the result.
  8. Delete only when the post is no longer needed.

Common Use Cases

Use Case Recommended Action
Post was created under the wrong board Change the iBoard dropdown to the correct board.
Writer name is incorrect Edit the Name field directly.
View count needs correction Update the Lookup field.
Imported post has the wrong date Edit the Date field.
Duplicate or test post needs removal Use the Delete button after confirming the post is unnecessary.

Important Notes

  • This screen manages posts from all boards, so changes can affect multiple board areas.
  • Changing the iBoard field moves the post to another board.
  • Edits are applied immediately when field values change.
  • Deleting a post may permanently remove it depending on your system configuration.
  • Use caution when editing lookup counts or dates because they affect how posts appear to users.
  • After moving a post, check the target board to confirm that the post appears correctly.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Post does not appear in the target board The board change may not have been applied, or the target board may have different display settings. Refresh the page, check the status message, and open the target board directly.
Updated value does not save The change event may not have completed or there may be a server-side error. Check the status box and refresh the list.
Date format is not accepted The entered date may not match the required format. Use the same date format shown in the list.
Post was deleted by mistake The delete action was confirmed accidentally. Restore from backup if available.
Lookup count looks incorrect The value may have been manually changed or imported incorrectly. Update the Lookup field to the desired value.

Best Practices

  • Use this screen for administrative correction and content organization.
  • Confirm the target board before moving a post.
  • Check the post on the public board after making changes.
  • Be careful with delete actions.
  • Keep backups before performing large cleanup work.
  • Use consistent naming and date rules when editing imported content.
iBoard All Page is a powerful bulk management screen. It helps administrators manage posts across all boards, but changes should be made carefully because they are applied directly from the list.
